UBMC follows a strict no-refund policy. All payments made towards tuition fees, registration fees, service charges, or any other fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

By making a payment to UBMC, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All payments are final and non-refundable.
• There will be no refunds or credits for any fees paid, regardless of the reason.
• No partial refunds will be given for any unused portion of the services.

3. Cancellation of Services

If you wish to cancel any service, you must notify us in writing. However, please note that:

• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.
• Services already provided or in progress at the time of cancellation will not be refunded.

4. Exceptions

In certain cases, UBMC may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund or credit. These cases include but are not limited to:

• Administrative errors that result in incorrect charges.
• Technical issues that prevent the provision of the purchased services.
